摘　　要：【目的】探索期刊评价的价值回归路径,为营造良好的学术环境和期刊出版环境提供参考。【方法】从期刊评价功能异化的表现入手,阐明其给研究人员、学术期刊和学术生态健康发展带来的负面影响,深入剖析产生这些问题的原因,并提出相应的对策。【结果】期刊评价功能异化的原因包括学术评价体系不健全、文章评价方法和技术不成熟,以及将文章评价、期刊评价、学术评价混淆等。【结论】要想实现期刊评价的价值回归,需要明确期刊评价的目的及适用范围,强化“以文评刊”思想并淡化核心期刊的遴选。[Purposes]This paper aims to explore the value regression path of journal evaluation,and provide reference for creating a good academic environment and journal publishing environment in China.[Methods] Starting from the performance of journal evaluation function alienation,this paper clarified its negative impact on health development of researchers,academic journals,and academic ecology,deeply analyzed the causes of these problems,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.[Findings]The reasons for the alienation of journal evaluation function include the imperfect academic evaluation system,the immature evaluation method and technology of the article,and the confusion of article evaluation,journal evaluation,and academic evaluation.[Conclusions]In order to realize the value regression of journal evaluation,it is necessary to clarify the purpose and application of journal evaluation,strengthen the idea of evaluating journals by articles,and dilute the selection of core journals.
