道路桥梁工程技术专业“秋去春回”顶岗实习管理实证研究

摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校最重要的实习环节之一,“工学结合,校企合作”是实现高职人才培养目标的重要途径。本文结合湖南交通职业技术学院道路桥梁工程技术专业“秋去春回,工学结合”的人才培养模式,重点探讨了“秋去春回”顶岗实习管理模式的实施意义、实施过程及取得的教学成效。Post practice is one of the most important practice links in higher vocational colleges,"work-study combination, school-enterprise cooperation" is an important way to achieve the goal of higher vocational talents training. Based on the talent training mode of "going to The Return of Spring in autumn and combining work with study" for road and bridge engineering technology major in Hunan Communications Vocational and Technical College, this paper focuses on the implementation of the "going to The Return of Spring in autumn" internship management mode and the teaching effect.
