职教体育教学中培养学生终身体育意识举措探析

摘　　要：职业学校学生处于身心发展重要阶段,通过渗透终身体育理念,培养学生终身体育意识,对学生的成长和发展十分重要。文章系统阐述了终身体育的基本理念,立足于职教体育教学中影响终身体育的因素展开深入分析,从终身体育意识培养、提升老师专业水平、充分发挥场地与器械作用等方面提出了职教学生终身体育意识培育的有效举措。Students vocational colleges are in an important stage of physical and mental development, and it is very important for the growth and development of students by imparting lifelong PE concept to cultivate students’ lifelong sports consciousness. This paper systematically expounds the basic concept of lifelong PE, and makes an in-depth analysis based on the factors affecting lifelong PE in vocational education. This paper puts forward some effective measures for cultivating students’ lifelong sports consciousness in vocational education from the aspects of cultivating lifelong sports consciousness,improving teachers’ professional level and giving full play to the role of venues and equipment.
