摘　　要：在民间美术艺术传承与发展当中,主要面临着政府部门支持力度不大、市场接受程度不高、民众宣传能力较弱、传播体系尚未健全等困境,对此,本文针对存在的具体问题,基于非物质文化遗产保护的视角,分别从政府应加强对民间美术艺术的投资、应对民间美术艺术实施市场化转型、广泛开展民间美术艺术的传承活动等维度,提出了民间美术艺术传承与发展的有效对策。以期能够在继承传统的基础上,探索出民间美术艺术的创新发展之路,为其注入全新的生机与活力。In the inheritance and development of folk art,the main problems are the lack of support from the government,the low level of market acceptance,the weak publicity of the people,and the imperfect communication system.Based on the perspective of the protection of intangible cultural heritage,the government should strengthen the investment in folk art and art,implement the market-oriented transformation of folk art and art,and carry out the inheritance activities of folk art and art,and put forward the inheritance and development of folk art.Effective countermeasures.
