摘  要:随着当前市场竞争的日益激烈,以及企业市场投资环境的改善,国家大力推进国企改革,国企深化改革势在必行.国有企业的改革能够有效提升企业的整体管理水平,保证企业顺应时代发展潮流.但是国企在改革过程中,往往会遇到各种各样的问题.论文主要对国有企业深化改革过程中所面临的主要问题进行讨论,并提出做好矛盾纠纷排查工作的方法.With the increasingly fierce market competition environment and the improvement of the investment environment in the enterprise market, China vigorously promotes the reform process of state-owned enterprises, and it is imperative for state-owned enterprises to deepen reform. The reform of state-owned enterprises can effectively improve the overall management level of enterprises and ensure that enterprises conform to the trend of the times, but in the process of deepening reforms, they often encounter various problems. This papermainly discusses the main problems faced in the process of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, and points out the methods to do a good job in the investigation of contradictions and disputes.
