浅析新时代“工匠精神”的思想内涵及价值意蕴

摘　　要：工匠精神推动了我国古代技术的创新发展,铸就了我国丰富的物质文化现象。略览中西文化的历史渊源,窥见工匠精神的精神密码;结合新时代新特征新要求,阐释蕴含匠心、匠功、匠风、匠魂四维度的新时代工匠精神思想内涵;把握正确职业价值观的形成、创新型人才的培养、制造强国的建设三方面,探索其时代化的价值意蕴。The spirit of craftsmen has promoted the innovation and development of ancient technology in China,and created rich material and cultural phenomena in China.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Our country is in a critical period from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country.It is of great significance to recall and carry forward the great spirit of craftsmen for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,on the basis of exploring the historical origin of craftsman spirit and combining with the new characteristics of the new era,it is necessary for us to explain the ideological connotation of craftsman spirit in the new era and explore its value implication so as to better understand the significance of craftsman spirit in the new era.
