摘  要:查尔酮是一种重要的天然产物。本实验论文以苯甲醛、苯乙酮为原料,以碱性离子液体为催化剂和查尔酮。通过单因素实验和三批验证试验,比较碱性离子液体的类型、碱性离子液体用量、反应温度和反应时间对于查尔酮合成产率的影响。确定优化后的合成条件:碱性离子液体作为实验催化剂,碱性离子液体用量为0.25mmol,反应温度为50℃。该合成方法速率快,产率高,纯度高。Chalcone is an important natural product.In this paper,benzaldehyde a and acetophenone were used as raw materials,basic ionic liquids as catalysts and chalcone.The effects of types of basic ionic liquids,dosage of basic ionic liquids,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of chalcone were compared by single factor and three batches of validation tests.The optimized synthesis conditions were determined as follows: alkaline ionic liquids were used as experimental catalysts,the dosage of alkaline ionic liquids was 0.25 mmol,the reaction temperature was 50℃.The synthetic method has the advantages of fast speed,high yield and high purity.
