摘 要:以硫熏蒸的陈皮中药材为研究对象,以酸碱滴定法测定其中SO2的残留量,以HPLC测定陈皮中橙皮苷的含量。试验结果表明,随水浸泡处理时间的增长,陈皮中SO2的含量会逐渐降低并最终趋于稳定,且陈皮浸泡2h左右,其SO2含量为149μg/g橙皮苷的含量为7.20%,陈皮中药材符合《中国药典》(2015版)规定。水浸泡可有效脱除硫熏中药材中的SO2,且有效成分橙皮苷损失不大,陈皮仍具有药用价值。The residue of SO2 by acid-base titration and the determination of hesperidin by HPLC was studied in dried tangerine peel.The result showed that the content of SO2 was decreased and eventually stabilized with the increase of the dipping time in water.When dried tangerine peel was immersed about two hours in water,the content of SO2149 μg/g and the content of citric acid 7.20% was meet the requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015).Water soaking can effectively remove the SO2 from Sulfur-fumigated dried tangerine peel,and dried tangerine peel has medicinal value still.
