高校实验室规范化管理初探

摘　　要：实验室是我国高校开展实验教学和科研的重要基地,其规范化的管理直接影响高校的教学质量和科研水平。针对高校实验室在建设和管理中存在的问题进行了探索,提出规范实验室管理的主要措施,包括规范实验室管理制度、细化实验室运行机制、规范实验室安全责任体系和准入制度等,为高校提高实验管理水平提供参考。Laboratory in colleges and universities is an important base for carrying out the experiment teaching and scientific research. The standardized management can directly affect the quality of teaching and the level of scientific research of colleges and universities. This paper explores the existing problems in construction and management of laboratory in colleges and universities. And it also proposes the main measures of standardized management of laboratory, including standardizing management system of laboratory, refining operation mechanism of laboratory, standardized safety responsibility system of laboratory and access system, etc. The measures can provide a reference for improving the level of management of laboratory.
