摘 要:中压凝结水精处理系统直接与中压给水系统相连接,由于人为误操作、设备故障、逻辑保护不完善等原因造成设备损坏甚至机组非停的情况在众多电厂屡见不鲜。为了提高凝结水精处理系统和机组的安全系数,研究引入精处理系统逻辑安全设计的概念,通过逻辑安全设计的实施可以减少相关事故的产生,同时提高人员的安全生产率、降低能源与物料消耗,提高电厂经济性,具有非常广泛的推广前景。The medium pressure condensate polishing system is directly connected to the medium pressure water supply system.Due to human error,equipment failure,imperfect logic protection,etc,many power plants cause equipment damage and even be stoped.In order to improve the safety factor of the condensate polishing system and the unit,the concept of logical safety design in condensate polishing system is introduced and implemented,which can prevent the incidence of related accidents,improves the safety productivity of personnel,reduces energy and material consumption.Then it improve the economics of power plants further and have broad prospects for promotion.
