基于胜任力的质控护士培训需求的调查研究

摘　　要：目的分析基于胜任力的质控护士培训需求调查结果。方法采用分层抽样法选择198名在职质控护士,调查其培训需求。结果质控护士培训需求中,重症护理记录(4.72±0.48)分、护理评估(4.68±0.50)分、围手术期管理(4.68±0.51)分、用药管理(4.64±0.62分)、护理文书目标管理(4.63±0.58)分,依项目不同对培训方式的需求有所差异。讨论只有了解质控护士的需求现状,才能制定科学、合理、有效的培训计划,进一步提高管理质量。Objective To investigate the training needs of quality control nurses based on competency. Methods198 on-the-job quality control nurses were selected by stratified sampling method to investigate their training needs.Results Among the training needs of quality control nurses,critical care records(4.72±0.48)points,nursing assessment(4.68±0.50)points,perioperative management(4.68 ±0.51)points,medication management(4.64 ±0.62)points,objective management of nursing documents(4.63 ±0.58) points had higher scores in training needs. Conclusion Discussing nursing quality is the focus of nursing management,and it is also an important link to promote nursing management to be scientific and standardized.
