摘  要:长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200nt的非编码RNA,而微小RNA(miRNA)是一类长度约为22nt的内生小RNA;越来越多的研究证据表明,lncRNA通过靶向miRNA调控Wnt信号通路并在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用。结直肠癌是外科常见的恶性肿瘤,诊断及预后均不理想。随着研究的进一步深入,lncRNA、miRNA以及Wnt信号通路在结直肠癌发生发展中的调控机制逐渐明确。本文将对lncRNA靶向miRNA调控Wnt信号通路在结直肠癌中的研究进展进行综述。Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a type of non-coding RNA that exceed 200 nucleotides (nt) in length. MicroRNA (miRNA) is a type of endogenous, small non-coding RNA with the length about 22 nt. Numerous studies have shown that lncRNA regulates Wnt signaling pathway by targeting miRNA and plays an important role in tumor development and progression. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common malignant tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. The diagnosis of CRC is difficult and the prognosis is poor. Several studies have shown that the regulation mechanism of lncRNA, miRNA and Wnt signaling pathway is involved in the development of CRC. This article reviews the roles of lncRNA in the progression of CRC by targeting miRNA and enhancing Wnt signaling pathway.
