摘　　要：实证范式中的科学循证原则使循证小组工作的落地遭遇情境挑战,但迎合情境的反实证立场难以保证科学性,平衡科学循证和情境处遇成为循证小组工作本土化目标。在实践的时间向度中,科学循证来自"长"时间的循证惯习,情境处遇显示"短"时间的实践智慧,本土循证社会工作实际上是在"长"与"短"之间的"适切时间"内实践循证元素,可归纳为循证单元的模式。循证单元中循证程序是证据采集、评价和应用的循环,证据是实证研究证据、理论证据、评估证据和经验证据的组合。由循证单元演绎出循证小组工作技术路线,并通过一个学习习惯优化小组的实践经验进行检验,证明了循证单元有助于在本土情境中落实循证证据和程序,是可复制和借鉴的本土循证社会工作实践模式。In the time dimension of practice,scientific evidence-based practice comes from the evidence-based habitus of "long"time,the situational treatment shows the practical wisdom of "short"time,and the local evidence-based social work actually practices evidence-based elements in the "appropriate time"between "long"and "short",which can be considered as the evidence-based unit. The evidence-based procedure in the evidence-based unit is a cycle of evidence collection,evaluation and application. Evidencebased unit deduces the technical route of the evidence-based group work,which is tested by the practical experience of a learning habit optimization group to prove that the evidence-based unit is conducive to the implementation of evidences and procedures in the local context. Evidence-based unit is the local model of evidence-based social work which can be copied and used for reference widely.
