摘　　要：在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,我国高等教育蓬勃发展、成果卓著,但大学生职业素养现状仍堪忧,对其今后的就业将产生不良影响。徽商精神中的以义为利、诚实守信的职业道德,吃苦耐劳、虽富尤俭的敬业精神,贾而好儒、崇文重教的文化素质等,对培养和提升大学生职业素养都具有重要的借鉴意义。故此,应在高校大力弘扬徽商精神,努力提升大学生职业素养。Under the times background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", China’s higher education is developing vigorously with rich achievements. However, at present college students’ professional qualities is still not satisfying, which may have a negative impact on the students’ future employment. Huizhou Merchant Culture emphasizes the professional ethics including righteousness, honesty and trustworthiness;dedication spirit, such as hard-working, endurance and frugality;and also cultural qualities, for example, the respect for Confucianism, keen on culture and emphasis on education, etc., which have important reference significance for cultivating and promoting college students’ professional quality. Therefore, we should vigorously publicize Huizhou Merchants’ Spirit in colleges and universities, so as to improve the college students’ professional quality.
