摘  要:为了促进区域一体化发展,实现高铁枢纽与城市功能的相互协调,提出了一种基于TOD理念构建高铁快巴服务网络的方法,旨在提供快速疏散高铁站客流到城市内部重要节点的高水平服务,同时促进城市交通与城市空间的协调发展。首先基于TOD理念,依托GIS平台和空间多准则决策分析(SMCA)模型,提出了评估城市区域TOD指数和沿线TOD指数的方法。在此基础上,以高铁快巴服务网络TOD效用最大和广义成本最小为目标,构建了高铁快巴服务网络数学优化模型。最后,以北京市为研究对象,通过区域TOD指数选取部分地铁站点作为需求点,构建了高铁快巴服务网络并进行实证分析。研究结果验证了模型和方法的有效性,亦对疏散高铁站客流、增加高铁枢纽与城市内部的联通起到了促进作用。In order to promote the development of regional integration and realize the coordination between the high-speed rail station and city functions, a design method of high-speed rail feeder bus service network based on TOD concept is proposed in this paper. We aim to provide a high-level service for the rapid evacuation of passengers from high-speed rail stations to important city nodes, and coordinate the traffic and urban space. Firstly, the spatial multi-criteria decision analysis(SMCA) based on the concept of TOD is used to evaluate the Node TOD index and the Line TOD index on GIS platform. On this basis, the maximal TOD utility of the service network and the minimal of the generalized transport costs are treated as the objective function, and the optimization model of high-speed rail feeder bus service network is established. Finally, a case study of Beijing city is carried out, some railway stations are selected as the demand nodes. The results verify the effectiveness of the model and method, helping evacuate passengers, as well as promote connectivity between high-speed rail stations and the city nodes.
