摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化进程的推进,新建本科院校的摸索取得了阶段性进展。本文基于制度变迁的视角,立足教育供给侧改革与“内涵升本”,对吉林省新建本科院校的设立、办学类型、存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了针对性的对策建议。With the promotion of the popularization of higher education, the exploration of newly built colleges and universities has made phased progress.Based on the perspective of institutional change, based on the reform of educational supply side and the “connotation promotion”, this paper analyzes the establishment, types and existing problems of newly built undergraduate colleges and universities in Jilin Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
