摘　　要：脑移植已成为器官移植研究领域中关注的重点和焦点,从脑内移植到头颅移植的不断探索,脑移植技术已取得了突破性进展。但因脑控制人的思维活动、意识和情感,在进行脑移植的过程中,遭遇重重伦理问题。其中,“谁可以作为供体”技术的安全性问题、头颅移植后个体的身份识别以及对死亡标准的挑战是脑移植遇到的主要伦理问题。但由于人脑移植存在较大的风险,并会造成人的伦理困惑,目前暂不适宜开展。Brain transplantation has become the focus of attention in the field of organ transplantation.From brain tissue transplantation to head transplantation,brain transplantation technology has made breakthroughs.However,as the brain controls people s thinking activities,consciousness and emotions,development of brain transplantation technology encounters severe ethical problems.Among them,question about“who can be a donor”,safety of technology,identification of individuals after head transplantation,and challenges to death criteria,are the main ethical issues encountered in brain transplantation.Because of the great risk of human brain transplantation and the ethical confusion,it is currently not suitable conducted.
