摘　　要：对144例公民逝世后器官捐献及移植伦理审查工作进行总结后发现,器官捐献案例和外院分配器官供体来源的器官移植均需要进行伦理审查。审查内容上,在目前没有统一的细化标准的情况下,对不同情形下的伦理审查所需的材料列出标准化清单有利于审查的高效开展;审查形式上,网络审查方式方便快捷,可操作性强,是公民逝世后器官捐献及移植伦理审查较为实用的手段。对审查中遇到的特殊情况,建议从加强培训学习等方面进一步提高伦理委员会的审查水平。The ethical review of 144 cases of organ Donation after Citizen’s Death(DCD)and organ transplant is summarized and reflected as follows:ethical review is necessary both cases of organ donation cases and organ transplant from donor sources in other hospitals.In the content of the review,in the absence of unified detailed standards,the standardization of the materials required for ethical review in different situations is conducive to the efficient implementation of the review.In the form of review,the network censorship method is convenient,fast and operable.It is a practical means for ethics review of organ Donation after Citizen’s Death(DCD)and organ transplant.As to the special situations during ethical review,it is recommended to further improve the review level of the ethics committee from the aspects of strengthening training and learning.
