摘  要:文章基于SQL Server 2008R2设计了气象技术装备动态管理系统,实现对气象观测仪器从出厂、仓储、使用、维修、检定、报废等全周期信息管理,提高了气象观测仪器保障工作效率。文章采用SQL Server 2008R2组成数据库,设计了数据库存储结构,利用二维编码、电子标签跟踪气象观测仪器状态和位置变化信息,通过移动终端及Web技术进行数据信息采集交互,实现气象观测仪器全周期信息动态化管理。This paper designs a dynamic management system for meteorological technology and equipment based on SQL Server 2008R2.The full cycle information management of meteorological instrument would be achieved,which includes leaving the factory,storage,use,maintenance,verification and abandonment etc.The efficiency of the meteorological instrument support has been improved.The database is composed of SQL Server 2008R2,and the database storage structure is designed.Information of the state and location change of meteorological instrument was tracked by two-dimension code and electronic tags.With mobile terminals and Web technology,data collection and interaction was accomplished.And the dynamic management for full cycle information of meteorological observation instrument would be achieved.
