通经活络方改善发作期偏头痛及对血浆ET、CGRP的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察通经活络方治疗发作期偏头痛的临床疗效。方法患者64例随机分为中药组与对照组各32例,中药组口服通经活络方,对照组口服西比灵(盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊),疗程均为21d。在治疗后1个月随访。观察两组偏头痛患者的发作次数、持续时间、头痛程度、伴随症状及血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平。结果中药组临床总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05);两组治疗后患者血浆ET和CGRP水平均有不同程度的降低,中药组患者血浆ET和CGRP水平下降的程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论通经活络方治疗发作期偏头痛疗效确切,其作用机制可能与调节血浆ET和CGRP水平有关。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Tongjing Huoluo Decoction in treating migraine within the acute attack period based on differentiation and its influence on serum levels of endothelin(ET),Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP).Methods:64 eligible patients were randomly divided into control group(32 cases) and traditional Chinese medicine group(32 cases)by number tablet.Control group took flunarizine.traditional Chinese medicine group were took modified Tongjing Huoluo decoction.Courses of treatment in two groups continued for 21 dayss.The patients were followed up for 1 months after treatment.The attack frequency,duration,degree of headache,accompanying symptoms,ET and CGRP were observed.Results:The effect rate of immediate curative effect intraditional Chinese medicine group was 93.75%,which was superior to 81.25% in control group (P < 0.05).There was significant difference in plasma ET and CGRP concentrations between the two groups(P < 0.05).The levels of ET and CGRP in the two groups decreased to different degrees.The levels of ET and CGRP in the TCM group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tongjing Huoluo Recipe is effective in treating migraine in attack stage,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of plasma ET and CGRP concentration.
