基于全国第4轮学科评估的江苏高校情况分析与研究

摘　　要：文章根据全国第4轮学科评估的相关数据,对江苏省各高校的评估结果进行描述性统计分析,并对5个典型省市的评估结果进行比较,江苏省进入C-档及以上的学科总数位列全国第2位。进一步分析C9高校在第3轮和第4轮学科评估中的发展变化情况,探究浙江大学、南京大学和东南大学的学科结构之间的差异,发现90年代的高校合并热潮对学科评估结果有较大的影响。并对C9高校的资金投入情况进行对比分析,数据表明,南京大学和东南大学的财政拨款收入占江苏省GDP的比例远低于同类高校,而且各个高校的非财政拨款收入差异巨大。Based on the relevant data of the fourth round of national discipline evaluation,this paper conducts a descriptive statistical analysis of the evaluation results of various universities in Jiangsu province,and compares the evaluation results of five typical provinces and cities.The total number of disciplines in Jiangsu province entering Clevel and above ranks second in the country.We further analyze the development and changes of C9 universities in the third and fourth rounds of discipline evaluation,and explore the differences between the disciplinary structures of Zhejiang University,Nanjing University and Southeast University.It is found that the college mergers in the 1990 s have an important impact on discipline evaluation results.Comparing and analyzing the input and output of C9 universities based on the data,we find that the ratio of financial allocation income to GDP of Nanjing University and Southeast University is much lower than that of similar universities.In addition,the non-financial allocation income of each university varies greatly.
