摘 要:钢筋混凝土吊车梁承载能力设计,因缺乏吊车荷载及组合效应的概率模型,荷载分项系数由工程经验确定,设计可靠度控制水平未知.针对吊车梁正截面抗弯、斜截面抗剪承载能力设计方法,引入吊车荷载概率模型和统计结果,将基本参量无量纲化,进行设计可靠指标校核.吊车梁单向、双向抗弯设计可靠指标分别为5.79和5.87,斜截面抗剪设计可靠指标为5.31.钢筋混凝土吊车梁承载能力设计可靠指标偏高,设计偏保守.定量分析各参量对吊车梁可靠度的影响,为设计及维护提出合理建议.For the bearing capacity design of RC crane beams,the crane load action partial coefficients are determined by engineering experience for lacking the probability models of the crane load and combination actions. So the design reliability level of the beams is unknown. For the bending and shearing capacity design method of the RC crane beams,the probability model and the statistical results of crane load were introduced,and the design reliability indicators were calibrated with the basic variables non-dimension. The design reliability indicators were 5.79 and 5.87 respectively for the one and two-way bending design,and 5.31 for the oblique section shear design. The reliability index was high and conservative for the bearing capacity design of the crane beams. It quantitatively analyzed the different influence of each factors on the reliability of the crane beams,and gave some reasonable suggestions for the design and maintenance.
