乳牙预成冠与树脂充填治疗乳牙大面积龋的临床对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析大面积乳牙龋齿患儿应用乳牙预成冠与树脂充填治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年4月-2018年12月漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院收治的大面积乳牙龋齿患儿128例进行分组研究,以随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组,对照组以树脂充填治疗,观察组则采取乳牙预成冠治疗。调查两组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月时成功率与失败率,记录并发症,并比较。结果两组治疗后1个月、3个月时成功率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后6个月时观察组成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率稍低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论乳牙预成冠与树脂充填治疗治疗大面积乳牙龋齿均可取得不错的近期效果,但随着随访时间延长,乳牙预成冠疗效逐渐凸显,优于树脂充填,而且安全性要稍高于树脂充填,值得临床应用。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of deciduous pre-cavity and resin filling in children with large area deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 128 children with large area deciduous teeth in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from April 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random double-blind method.The control group was treated with resin filling,the observation group was treated with deciduous pre-cavity.The success rate and failure rate at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment were investigated.Complications were recorded and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after treatment (P > 0.05).The success rate of observation group at 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The complications rate in the observation group was slightly lower than the control group (P > 0.05).Conclusion Pre-cavity deciduous crown and resin filling treatment can achieve good short-term results in the treatment of large-area deciduous teeth.However,with the prolonged follow-up time,the effect of deciduous pre-cavity crown is safer and more prominent than resin filling,which is worthy of clinical application.
