基于因子分析法的扬州市城乡人居环境评价

摘　　要：以2011-2017年扬州市城乡人居环境发展状态为研究对象,建立涵盖生态环境、经济环境、居住舒适、公共服务与基础设施、社会和谐五个层面25个变量的城乡人居环境综合评价指标体系。运用因子分析法对扬州市城乡人居环境情况进行研究。结果显示:2011年以来扬州市城乡人居环境质量综合水平稳步上升,生态环境、经济环境、社会和谐三个层面对城乡人居环境质量贡献率最大,居住舒适、公共服务与基础设施方面波动较大。Taking the development status of urban and rural human settlements environment in Yangzhou City from 2011 to 2017 as the research object, a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban and rural human settlements environment with 25 variables at five levels was established.Covering ecological environment,economicenvironment,living comfort,public services and infrastructure,and social harmony.Factor analysis was used to study the urban and rural human settlements in Yangzhou.The results show that the comprehensive level of urban and rural human settlements environment quality in Yangzhou has steadily increased since 2011. The ecological environment,economic environment and social harmony have the greatest contribution to the quality of urban and rural human settlements environment,and the fluctuation of living comfort,public services and infrastructure is large.
