摘 要:细胞焦亡是近年来研究发现的形态学上与凋亡相似,伴随炎性反应发生的细胞程序性死亡。肝脏缺血再灌注损伤是肝叶切除手术、肝移植术和低血容量性休克的并发症,导致局部和远端细胞损伤和器官功能障碍。这种损伤既有急性无菌性炎性反应,又有再灌注时因内毒素血症引起的炎性反应参与其中,其特征为炎介质诱导炎性级联反应,最终损害肝脏实质细胞,甚至导致细胞死亡。近年来,研究发现细胞焦亡是肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的重要组成部分,炎性因子在此环节中起关键作用。本文结合文献就细胞焦亡与肝脏缺血再灌注损伤间的关系进行综述。Pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death,which is similar to apoptosis in morphology and is associated with inflammatory reaction.Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury is a complication of hepatic lobectomy,liver transplantation,and hypovolemic shock,leading to local and distal cell damage and organ dysfunction.This injury involves both the acute aseptic inflammatory response and the inflammatory response caused by endotoxemia during reperfusion,which is characterized by the inflammatory mediators inducing the inflammatory cascade reaction,eventually damaging liver parenchymal cells and even leading to cell death.In recent years,studies have found that pyroptosis is an important component of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury,and inflammatory factors play a key role in this process.In this paper,the relationship between pyroptosis and hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury was reviewed.
