摘  要:目的探讨低频脉冲电疗对急性脑梗死后运动障碍和血清TGF-β1、BDNF的影响机制。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组予药物常规处理,观察组在此基础上加用低频脉冲电疗。随访8周,观察两组患者治疗前和治疗4周、8周时的NIHSS评分、Barthel评分和FMA评分,以及血清TGF-β1、BDNF含量的变化。结果治疗结束后,共73例患者完成随访。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后4周、8周时的NIHSS评分、Barthel评分和FMA评分均显著改善,TGF-β1、BDNF含量均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组在治疗4周和8周时的上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频脉冲电疗可改善急性脑梗死患者的运动能力,提高日常生活能力,其机制可能与TGF-β1、BDNF含量升高有关。Objective To explore the effect of low frequency pulse electrical therapy on serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels and motor dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,on this basis,the observation group was treated with low frequency pulse electrical therapy.The neurologic impairment degree and motor function of the patients were evaluated with NIHSS,FMA and Barthel index before treatment and 4,8 weeks after treatment.At the same time,the serum levels of TGF-β1 and BDNF were detected by ELISA.Results After treatment,73 patients completed the follow-up.Compared with before treatment,the NIHSS score,Barthel score and FMA score of the two groups at 4,8 weeks after treatment were significantly improved,and the contents of TGF-β1 and BDNF were significantly increased(P<0.05).The improvement of the above indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency pulse electrical therapy can effectively improve the limb function and daily living ability of the patients.Its mechanism might be correlated with improved TGF-β1 and BDNF levels.
