摘 要:通过对某三级综合医院2015年~2018年发生的医疗纠纷事件进行统计分析,观察其动态变化规律,识别形成纠纷的主要原因。结果显示,2015年~2018年医疗纠纷原因因素结构变动度45.94%,其中风险告知不到位、护理差错、患者自身原因是引起医疗纠纷原因结构变动的主要因素;科室结构波动度是39.96%,医疗纠纷占比减少最明显的科室是外科和妇产科,医疗纠纷占比增加最明显的科室是内科。不同科室存在的潜在风险不尽相同,需有针对性采取差异化措施,进一步控制医疗纠纷。This paper used statistical analysis of medical disputes in a tertiary general hospital from2015 to2018, observed its dynamic variation, and identified the main causes of disputes. The results showed that the degree of structure variation of medical disputes was 45.94% from2015 to2018 and inadequate risk notification, nursing errors and patients' own reasons were the main factors causing the structural variation of medical disputes. The fluctuation of department structure was 39.96%. The proportion of medical disputes was reduced most evidently in surgery, and obstetrics and gynecology departments, compared with the most evident increase in department of internal medicine. Because potential risks varied in different departments, differential measures should be taken to further control medical disputes.
