学术型硕士研究生课程学习投入研究——基于重庆工商大学的问卷调查

摘　　要：学术型硕士研究生是我国学术科研的生力军和后备力量,在培养他们的过程中需要特别重视学术能力、创新精神的提高。本文以重庆工商大学学术型硕士研究生的学习投入情况开展实证研究。研究结果显示,学术型硕士研究生课程学习投入总体情况较差,学习积极性不高。其中,理科生学习投入较文科生更积极。一年级学术型硕士的学习投入水平最高,女生学习投入较男生更积极。针对上述情况,学校应有针对性地进行学术型硕士研究生教育教学改革,提高学术型硕士研究生的学习投入水平,如改革培养方案、加强师生沟通,营造良好学习氛围等等。Academic master students are the new force and reserve force of academic research in China.In the process of cultivating them,special attention should be paid to the improvement of academic ability and innovative spirit.This paper conducts an empirical study on the academic investment of academic graduate students of Chongqing Technology and Business University.The results of the study show that the overall investment in academic master's degree courses is poor,and the enthusiasm for learning is not high.Among them,science students are more active in learning than in liberal arts.The first-year academic master's degree has the highest level of learning input,and the female students' learning investment is more active than the male students.In view of the above situation,the school should carry out targeted academic postgraduate education and teaching reform.Improve the level of academic input for academic masters,such as reform training programs,strengthen teacher-student communication,and create a good learning atmosphere.
