摘  要:叶广芩的家族小说描画了满族皇胄在民国曲折的人生经历和典雅精致的生活,其中对饮食文化的书写别具一格。她多侧面多角度地展示了满族皇室家族的日常饮食细节和习俗,这些描述与刻画是满族食品精巧化、艺术化的写照,也是日常生活审美化的体现。叶广芩也书写市民的饮食文化,体现了北京民俗文化的魅力和蕴藉。她以人物的命运起伏以及人物的性格勾连起食品之美、饮食之趣,以人物的精神世界展现民俗文化,以饮食书写人生和人性,写世事无常中人的处世之道和生存哲学。这是叶广芩超越其他民俗小说的地方。The family novel of Ye Guangqin describe the tortuous life experience and elegant and exquisite life of the Manchu royal family in the Republic of China,among which the writing of dietary culture is unique.She show the details and customs of the daily diet of the Manchu royal family from various aspects and angles.These noble delicacies are the delicate and artistic portrayal of the Manchu food and also the aestheticization of daily life.Ye Guangqin also writes about the dietary culture of the citizens,which embodies the charm and cultural implication of Beijing folk culture.She combines the beauty of food and the interest of diet with the fate and character of the characters,demonstrating Folklore Culture in the Spirit of Characters.It is where Ye Guangqin surpasses other folklore novels that he writes about life and human nature through diet and his way of dealing with life and philosophy of existence in the uncertain world.
