摘　　要：对童光东教授运用肝病实脾理论治疗乙肝e抗原(HBeAg)阳性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染的经验进行总结。童光东教授认为HBeAg阳性HBV感染患者的病机为本虚标实,虚在脾肾(先天及后天之本),实为湿邪内侵;对于此类无明显症状的HBeAg阳性HBV感染患者,总体可辨为脾肾两虚兼见湿热,治疗时以补肾健脾方(药物组成包括淫羊藿、菟丝子、杜仲、怀牛膝、枸杞子、叶下珠、黄芪、白术、茯苓、猪苓、枳壳、丹参、郁金、三七,共14味中药)为主,兼用清热利湿、疏肝健脾、滋阴疏肝、活血化瘀之法。This paper made an in-depth analysis of professor TONG Guang-Dong’s experience in treating hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection with HBeAg positive based on the theory of treating liver disease by reinforcing spleen.Professor TONG Guang-Dong believes that the pathogenesis of HBeAg-positive HBV infection patients is characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Deficiency in origin manifests as spleen-kidney deficiency,and excess in superficiality manifests as interior invasion of dampness.HBeAg-positive HBV infection patients without obvious symptoms can usually be differentiated as spleen-kidney deficiency complicated with damp heat,and can be treated mainly with Bushen Jianpi Recipe with the actions of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen(composed of Herba Epimedii,Semen Cuscutae,Cortex Eucommiae,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Fructus Lycii,Herba Phyllanthi Urinariae,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,Polyporus,Fructus Aurantii,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza,Radix Curcumae,and Radix Notoginseng,14 herbs in total),assisting with clearing heat and promoting diuresis,soothing liver and invigorating spleen,nourishing yin and soothing liver,activating blood and resolving stasis.
