摘 要:目的探讨并优化原子荧光测定土壤中硒的前处理方法。方法分别用微波消解法和湿法消解法处理样品后,用原子荧光测定土壤中的硒。结果微波消解法测定硒的回收率为92.4%~98.2%,精密度(RSD)为0.86%;湿法消解法测定硒的回收率为81.8%~93.0%,精密度(RSD)为2.12%。结论用改进后的微波消解法处理样品更适合于土壤中硒的测定。Objective To discuss and improve the pretreatment methods of atomic fluorescence spectrometry for determination of selenium in soil. Methods The selenium in sample soil was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after microwave digestion method and wet digestion method conducted respectively. Results The recovery rate of selenium determined with the pretreatment method of microwave digestion was 92.4%-98.2%,and the precision(RSD) was 0.86%. The recovery of selenium determined with the pretreatment method of wet digestion was 81.8%-93.0%, and the precision(RSD) was 2.12%. Conclusion The improved pretreatment method of microwave digestion is more suitable for the determination of selenium in soil.
