精密附着体义齿联合套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析精密附着体义齿联合套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损的临床效果.方法选取山西省中西医结合医院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的牙列缺损患者120例,以随机数字表法分为研究组、对照1组、对照2组,每组40例.研究组予以精密附着体义齿联合套筒冠修复,对照1组行圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复,对照2组行精密附着体义齿修复.随访1年,记录并比较三组疗效相关指标,评估患者满意度.结果随访1年,研究组牙齿松动度、咀嚼功能、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、临床附着水平评价结果均优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05),对照1组与对照2组上述指标比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05).研究组患者治疗满意度为97.50%(39/40),对照1组为72.50%(29/40),对照2组为75.00%(30/40),研究组与对照1组、对照2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论精密附着体义齿联合套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损,可提升牙列视觉美观度,增强牙齿局部稳定性,有利于提高患者满意度.Objective To analyze the clinical effects of precision attachment denture combined with telescopic denture in the restoration of dentition. Methods A total of 120 patients with dentition missing from January 2015 to December 2017 in Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected. The patients were divided into study group, control group 1 and control group 2 by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The study group was treated with precision attachment denture combined with telescopic crown. The control group 1 was treated with conical telescopic denture, and the control group 2 was treated with precision attachment denture. After 1 year of follow-up, three groups of efficacy-related indicators were recorded and compared to assess patient satisfaction. Results After 1 year of follow-up, the results of tooth loosening, chewing function, sulcus bleeding index, plaque index and clinical attachment level in the study group were better than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2 (P<0. 05);however, these above indexes had no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2 ( P > 0. 05 ). The treatment satisfaction was 97. 50%( 39/40 ) in the study group, 72. 50%( 29/40 ) in the control group, and 75. 00%(30/40) in the control group. The satisfaction of the study group was greater than that in the two control groups, and the differences were significant ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusions Precise attachment denture combined with telescopic crown dentures can reduce the visual appearance of the dentition and enhance the local stability of the teeth, which is beneficial to improving patient's satisfaction.
