摘  要:匡互生在短暂的一生中,传承五四精神,致力于教育事业,在教育实践上的具体表现就是突破陈规,勇于创新:在湖南省立第一师范学校任教务主任时,加强教师队伍建设,破格聘用毛泽东任教;在春晖中学任舍务主任时,改革学生管理工作;创办立达学园,创新人格教育。Kuang Husheng devoted himself to education with the spirit of the May 4 th movement in his short life,breaking the stereotypes and making innovations in the educational practice.When he worked as dean of educational administration in Hunan First Normal School,he improved the quality of teaching staff and employed Mao Zedong as a teacher.When he worked as director of dormitory administration In Chunhui Middle School,he reformed the management of students and established Lida School to innovate the personality education.
