摘 要:研究基于注意评价模型来探索述情障碍亚类型是否均存在情绪加工上的缺陷.根据多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)的得分选取61分以上的高述情障碍者进行聚类分析,选取四组被试(评价困难型、综合型、注意困难型、正常组)完成情绪匹配和情绪标注任务.实验1(情绪匹配任务)和实验2(情绪标注任务)均一致发现,被试类型的反应时主效应显著,多重比较显示,与正常组及注意困难型相比,评价困难型反应更慢;情绪类型主效应显著,多重比较显示,与对其他情绪的反应相比,对快乐的反应时更快且正确率更高.实验说明评价困难型而非注意困难型存在情绪知觉和分类加工上的缺陷.Based on the attention-appraisal model,this study investigated whether all subtypes of alexithymia have defects in emotional processing. A cluster analysis was conducted on the high alexithymia patients (with 61 points or more in the score of the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20)). Four groups of subjects (evaluative difficulty,comprehensive difficulty,attention difficulty,and normal) were selected to complete the emotion matching and emotion labeling tasks. It was found that both in Experiment 1 (emotion matching task) and Experiment 2 (emotion labeling task) the main effect of subjects was significant.Multiple comparisons showed that compared with the normal group and attention difficulty group,the evaluation difficulty group had slower responses. The main effect of emotion types was significant. Multiple comparisons showed that responses to happiness were faster and more accurate than responses to other emotions. The results suggested that alexithymia patients with difficulty in evaluation had defects in emotion perception and classification processing,while those with difficulty in attention did not.
