中加两国高校人群对男性口服短效避孕药认知度的比较研究

摘　　要：目的本研究通过调査国内和加拿大高校人群对男性口服短效避孕药的认知度,比较两国被调査人群之间存在的差异,从而揭示未来男性避孕药在我国和国际上可能的运用的前景。方法通过问卷调查和访谈,比较中加高校人群对于男性口服短效避孕药的认知度的现状、差异及产生原因,并尝试探索未来社会对男性口服短效避孕药认可度的增加的有效方法。结果中加两国被调查人群及不同性别之间,对男性口服避孕药的认知度和接受度方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论与加拿大髙校相比,我国的髙校人群对男性避孕药知之甚少,关于避孕的相关知识也相对缺乏。因此,加强对青少年的性教育刻不容缓。Objective To analyze the recognition and acceptance of population on male oral short-acting contraceptives in both Canadian and Chinese universities. Methods The differences in the recognition and acceptance of male oral short-acting contraceptives between students and staffs from Canadian and Chinese colleges and universities were compar atively analyzed through surveys and interviews, and the effective methods strengthening their recognition and acceptance were explored. Results significant differences in the recognition and acceptance of population on male oral contraceptives between China and Canada universities as well as between groups with different genders (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese students and staffs from universities are short of knowledge about male contraceptives and contraception. Therefore, relevant sex-educations in the juvenile or adolescent need to be carried out immediately in our country.
