摘　　要：目的探讨黑色素瘤相关抗原MAGE-D4在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况及其对临床治疗的意义。方法收集30例非小细胞肺癌及其癌旁组织,运用ELISA方法检测各组中MAGE-D4的表达情况;同时运用免疫组化技术检测非小细胞肺癌及其癌旁组织中MAGE-D4的表达水平。结果ELISA方法与免疫组化检测的非小细胞肺癌组织中的MAGE-D4均呈高表达状态,其与癌旁组织的表达情况相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在非小细胞肺癌中MAGE-D4表达升高,其可能作为临床治疗非小细胞肺癌的靶点之一。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical treatment value of MAGE-D4 in non-small lung cancer.Methods 30 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and its adjacent tissues were collected,and then the expression of MAGE-D4 in each group were detected by ELISA and immunohistochemistry.Results MAGE-D4 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were highly expressed and there were statistical significantly differences compared with the expression of adjacent tissues(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of MAGE-D4 is elevated in non-small cell lung cancer,which may be one of the targets for clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
