初始强化培训在老年医学住院医师中的作用

摘　　要：分析了老年医学住院医师规范化培训教育的不足,简单说明老年医学的特点,讲明初始强化培训体系在老年内科住院医师临床能力提高中的实际作用,具体讲明初始强化培训体系的内容(包括三部分理论授课、模拟培训及临床带教)及具体操作,提出在老年医学住院医师规范化培训中引入初始强化培训体系的模式是其必然趋势,并探讨将其引入到老年住院医师规范化培训中的具体教学方法及效果评价,认为初始强化培训体系在老年医学住院医师培训中可以使得住院医师无论是在理论知识还是临床技能以及医患沟通的掌握方面更为全面、优势更加显著,有助于住院医师从医学生向医生的角色转换。This paper analysed the disadvantages of traditional model in geriatrics clinical standardization education,explained the characteristics of geriatrics and introduced the practical effect of the initial strengthening training system in the clinical competence of the geriatrics medical residents,it includesthree parts,theoretical teaching,simulated training and clinical teaching,explained content and specific operation of the initial strengthening training system and discussed the methods of the initial strengthening training system in geriatrics clinical standardization teaching.We believed that the initial intensive training system in geriatric resident training can give residents more advantages in mastering theoretical knowledge and clinical skills,and help them change their roles from medical students to doctors.
