摘 要:在水轮机设备中,转轮是其中的核心部件。在水轮机实际应用中,转轮裂纹可以说是经常出现的一类问题,且会对电厂的运行安全产生影响,也给电厂造成了很大的经济损失。传统水轮机转轮在修复时采用的人工作业效率低下,修复环境十分不利于工人的安全。另一方面更换已损坏的转轮时,由于存在手工新转轮和旧转轮在形状上有差异的情况,对水轮机的工作状态造成重要影响,大大降低了水轮机工作效率,提高了发电成本,降低了发电质量。转轮修复机器人的出现,大大降低了检修周期,同时也避免了替换转轮时可能出现的形状差异问题和人工修复的安全隐患,减少了电厂的发电成本,提高经济效益。In hydraulic turbine equipment, runner is the core component. In the practical application of hydraulic turbine, runner crack can be said to be a kind of frequent problems, and will have an impact on the operation safety of the power plant and cause great economic losses to the power plant. The manual operation efficiency of the traditional hydraulic turbine runner in the repair is low, and the repair environment is not conducive to the safety of the workers. On the other hand, when replacing the damaged runner, due to the difference in shape between the new manual runner and the old runner, it has an important influence on the working state of the hydraulic turbine, greatly reduces the working efficiency of the hydraulic turbine and improves the cost of power generation.
