血清25-羟维生素D3及5-HT水平与脑卒中后抑郁的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D3、5-羟色胺水平与脑卒中后抑郁的相关性.方法将170例脑卒中患者按是否发生抑郁分为脑卒中后抑郁组71例、非脑卒中后抑郁组99例,另选取同期进行健康体检的健康志愿者40名设为对照组;对3组血清25-羟维生素D3、5-羟色胺水平进行检测分析.结果 3组血清25-羟维生素D3、5-羟色胺水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中脑卒中后抑郁组血清25-羟维生素D3、5-羟色胺水平显著低于非脑卒中后抑郁组、对照组,非脑卒中后抑郁组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);脑卒中后抑郁组轻度组血清25-羟维生素D3、5-羟色胺水平显著高于中度组、重度组,中度组显著高于重度组(P<0.05).经Pearson相关性分析显示,脑卒中后抑郁患者血清25-羟维生系D3、5-羟色胺水平与汉密顿抑郁量表评分均呈显著负相关(r=-0.222、-0.437,P<0.05).结论血清25-羟维生素D3、5-羟色胺水平与脑卒中后抑郁的抑郁程度呈显著负相关,或可为脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床防治提供参考意见.Objective To explore the relationship between levels of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and 5- hydroxytryptamine and post-stroke depression. Methods A total of 170 stroke patients were divided into post-stroke depression group (71 cases) and non-post-stroke depression group (99 cases) according to whether or not depression occurred. Another 40 healthy volunteers who underwent healthy physical examination at the same time were selected as control group. The levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 5-hydroxytryptamine were tested and analyzed among the three groups. Results There were significant differences in the levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 5-hydroxytryptamine among the three groups (P <0.01). and the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 5-hydroxytryptamine in post-stroke depression group were significantly lower than those in non-post-stroke depression group and control group. and the levels in non-post-stroke depression group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0. 05). The serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 5-hydroxytryptamine in mild group were significantly higher than those in moderate group and severe group, and the levels in moderate group were significantly higher than those in severe group (P < 0 . 05). Pearson correlation analysis of patients with poststroke depression showed that levels of serum 25-(OH)-D3 and 5-HT were significantly negatively correlated with HAMD vscore ( r =-0.222,-0. 437,P <0. 05). Conclusions Levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 5-hydroxytryptamine are significantly negatively correlated with depression degree in post-stroke depression, or may provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of patients with post-stroke depression.
