项目教学法在机器维修教学中的应用

摘　　要：在机械制造工艺及设备维修教学中融入项目教学法,提高学生学习的主动性,利于知识及技能的掌握。本文从教学模式、教学实例、成效分析、后续研究四个方面阐述了项目教学法在机械制造工艺及设备维修教学中的设计及应用。项目教学模式为:情境设置、项目分析及示范、布置项目、项目训练、项目评价与教学反思。并通过一个具体实例—CL6140机床主轴箱的拆装及主轴精度检验来直观说明在机械制造工艺及设备维修教学中如何根据学生层次设置项目,以达到较好的学习成效。Integrating the project teaching method with mechanical manufacturing process and equipment maintenance teaching will improve students'learning initiative,to help master knowledge and skills.This article elaborated the design and application of the project teaching method in the teaching of mechanical manufacturing process and equipment maintenance from four aspects such as teaching modes,teaching cases,effect analysis,follow-up studies.The project teaching mode includes situation setting,project analysis and demonstration,project arrangement,project training,project evaluation and teaching reflection.A specific example is given by disassembling of CL6140 spindle box and spindle precision inspection to directly show how to set up project based on different levels of students in teaching of mechanical manufacture process and equipment maintenance to achieve better learning result.
