Objective:To investigate the influence of sleep disorders on blood fluid of cervical vessels by ultrasound examination. Methods: From August2016 to June2018,120 healthy subjects were enrolled and divided into two groups according to PSQI scores.47 cases were in the abnormal sleep group while 73 cases were in the normal sleep group. The blood fluid of cervical vessels was detected by ultrasound examination. The resistance indexes of dual cervical arteries and carotid arteries were analyzed. Results: The resistance indexes of the abnormal sleep group weresignificantly higher than that of the normal sleep group.ThePSQI scores of the abnormal sleep group wereobviously higher than that of the normal sleep group. The resistance indexes were correlated with the PSQI scores (r=0.732,0.711,0.748,0.704).Conclusion: Compared with the normal sleep ones, patients with sleep disorder have much higher resistance indexes of dual cervical arteries and carotid arteries. The resistance index may serve as a parameter of the sleeping quality and the extent of sleep disorder.
