摘　　要：恶性肿瘤的发生及转归与机体的免疫功能关系密切,而Foxp3是调节性T细胞(Treg)重要的转录因子,因此受到许多学者青睐。近些年研究发现Foxp3不仅依赖于Treg参与肿瘤发生发展,且其本身与肿瘤的关系也较为密切,对疾病的预后有一定的参考价值。The occurrence and outcome of malignant tumors are closely related to the immune function of the body.Foxp3 is an important transcription factor of regulatory T cells(Treg),which is favored by many scholars.In recent years,it has been found that Foxp3 not only depends on the involvement of Treg in tumorigenesis,but also has a close relationship with tumors,and has certain reference value for the prognosis of the disease.
