论七情致病“虚气留滞”病因病机新认识

摘　　要：中医学家素来重视心理与躯体(神与形)之间在健康和疾病过程中的相互关系,这种重视又集中在情志上,七情内伤理论概括了中医学对情志疾病病因病理的认识。其中七情致“郁”和七情致“虚”学说是中医对情志疾病病因病机的整体概括,体现了情志疾病虚实夹杂的基本特点,本文基于中医“形-气-神”体系提出七情致病的“虚气”病邪假说,从“留滞”创虚气新病因病机理论诠释七情致病的动态演变机理,以期丰富发展中医七情内伤理论并有效指导临床实践。Chinese medicine physicians always pay attention to the correlation between mind and body(spirit and form)in the process of health and diseases,and this emphasis has focused on emotion.The theory of internal damage resulting from the 7 emotions is an integrated generalization to etiology and pathogenesis of emotional diseases in Chinese medicine.Among them,the“7 emotions leading to depression”and“the 7 emotions leading to deficiency”theories are the overall generalization of the etiology and pathogenesis of emotional diseases in Chinese medicine,which reflects the basic characteristics of emotional disease from deficiency and excess.Based on Body-Qi-Spirit system in Chinese medicine,this paper puts forward a pathogenic hypothesis named deficent-qi of 7 emotions pathopoiesia.From deficient-qi stagnation innovated theory of etiology and pathogenesis,it explains the dynamic evolution mechanism of 7 emotions pathopoiesia in order to enrich and develop the theory of internal damage resulting from the 7 emotions and guide the clinical practice effectively.
