摘 要:钢铁行业烧结烟气脱硫脱硝的副产物具有成分复杂、不稳定性等特点,资源化利用较为困难。随着钢铁行业烟气超低排放的提出,新的脱硝副产物产生量也逐渐增多,甚至氧化脱硝的副产物使脱硫灰的成分变得更为复杂,处理难度进一步加大。全面综述烧结烟气基于钙法脱硫脱硝技术产生的副产物脱硫石膏、脱硫灰、硫硝灰的特性,成分及其高附加值利用现状,并对限制其利用的关键问题进行剖析和总结,提出脱硫脱硝综合副产物高附加值利用的方向。The byproduct of sintering flue gas desulfurization and denitrification in steel industry has the characteristics of complex composition and instability,so it is difficult to recycle.As the ultra low emission of iron and steel industry was put forward,new denitration by-products discharge also gradually increased,and oxidation of denitration by-products to the composition of the desulfurization ash become more complex,processing more difficult.This paper comprehensively summarizes the desulfurization gypsum,desulfurization ash,sulfur-ash property,composition and its high value-added utilization status of the sintered flue gas based on calcium desulfurization and denitrification technology,and analyzes and summarizes the key problems of restricting its utilization,and puts forward the direction of high value-added utilization of the synthetic by-product of the desulfurization and denitration.
