摘　　要：目的探讨脑肿瘤患者的认知功能及其影响因素。方法选取50例脑肿瘤患者和50例健康体检者,分别作为观察组和对照组,采用中文版蒙特利尔认知评价量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评估两组研究对象的认知功能,对脑肿瘤患者认知功能的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果观察组MoCA量表和MMSE量表各维度的评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。认知功能正常和认知功能障碍的脑肿瘤患者的肿瘤体积和水肿指数(EI)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,肿瘤体积和EI均是脑肿瘤患者发生认知功能障碍的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05)。结论脑肿瘤患者存在一定程度的认知功能障碍,肿瘤体积和EI均是脑肿瘤患者发生认知功能障碍的独立危险因素。Objective To evaluate the cognitive function of patients with brain tumor,and to analyze the factors affecting their cognitive function.Method Fifty cases of brain tumor were included as study group,and 50 healthy subjects were recruited as control group,the cognitive function in both groups were evaluated using montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scale and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scale,and Logistic regression analysis was performed subsequently to identify the factors influencing the cognitive function of patients with brain tumors.Result The patients in study group had significantly lower scores assessed by each domain of MoCA and MMSE than those in control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences regarding the tumor size and edema index(EI)between patients with normal cognitive function and those with cognitive disorder(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that,tumor size and EI were independent risk factors for the occurrence of cognitive disorder among patients with brain tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive function at varying degree are observed in patients with brain tumor,besides,tumor volume and EI are independent risk factors for the occurrence of cognitive disorder among patients with brain tumors.
