摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为促进虚拟学术社区健康持续发展提供参考。[方法/过程]运用文献调研法,分析虚拟学术社区科研人员知识隐藏影响因素,以信任关系、等级关系、社会奖励、自我价值和知识特征为一级指标构建虚拟学术社区科研人员知识隐藏意愿评价指标体系,采用支持向量机(SVM)方法进行评价。以小木虫、知乎等虚拟学术社区活跃科研人员为样本,运用问卷调查法收集数据,并利用Matlab软件仿真验证。[结果/结论]基于SVM的虚拟学术社区科研人员知识隐藏意愿评价模型具有较好的准确性、适用性,能够为评价虚拟学术社区科研人员知识隐藏意愿提供新的途径和思路。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of virtual academic community.[Method/process]The paper uses document survey,analyzes the influencing factors of researchers’knowledge hiding in virtual academic community,constructs the evaluation index system of researchers’knowledge hiding intention in virtual academic community with five first-level indicators of trust relationship,hierarchical relationship,social rewards,self-worth and knowledge characteristics,and applies method of Support Vector Machine(SVM)to evaluate it.It takes active researchers in virtual academic communities of Little Wood Worm and Zhihu as samples,uses questionnaire survey to collect data,and verifies by simulation with Matlab software.[Result/conclusion]The SVM-based evaluation model of researchers’knowledge hiding intention in virtual academic community has good accuracy and applicability,and also can provide new ways and ideas for evaluation of researchers’knowledge hiding intention in virtual academic community.
