摘 要:以炼焦过程中排放的多环芳烃(PAHs)为研究对象,分析了PAHs的排放规律以及温度、热解产物和PAHs的特性、挥发分对多环芳烃产生排放的影响。通过对3种单煤和配合煤进行实验室炼焦、超声波萃取和高效液相色谱的检测,测定了炼焦过程中各阶段产生排放的16种PAHs浓度。结果发现:在结焦初期1~5h内PAHs产生排放量最多,并且在整个炼焦过程中产生排放量逐渐减少。PAHs化学性质不稳定使得炼焦初期PAHs的产生排放量较大,且低环PAHs产生排放较多。在挥发分小于26%时,PAHs产生排放量随着挥发分的增大而减小。Taking polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)discharged from coking process as the research object,the emission regularity of PAHs and the effects of temperature,pyrolysis products and PAHs characteristics,volatile matter on PAHs emission were analyzed.The concentration of 16 PAHs emitted during coking process was determined by laboratory coking,ultrasonic extraction and high performance liquid chromatography detection of three kinds of single coal and blended coal.The results showed that PAHs emission was the largest at the first 1~5 hours of coking,and gradually decreased during the whole coking process.The unstable chemical properties of PAHs leaded to a large emission of PAHs at the initial stage of coking,and low-ring PAHs emission is more.When the volatile content was less than 26%,the emission of PAHs decreasesd with the increasing of volatile content.
