摘  要:塑料成型工艺与模具设计是机械设计制造及自动化专业一门重要课程。针对传统工程教育中的不足,将成果导向的工程教育理念融入教学当中,强调以学生为中心,知识、能力、素质协调发展。对课程的教学内容、教学方法、实践教学和考核评价体系进行改革。达到激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高学生解决工程实际问题的能力和团队协作能力,以满足当前社会对高质量模具技术人才的需求。Plastic Molding Process and Mold Design is an important course of Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation specialty. In view of the problems existing in traditional engineering education, the outcome-based education concepts was used into course of Plastic Molding Process and Mold Design. It was a student-centered teaching mode, which developed with knowledge, ability and quality. Some teaching reforms were done in teaching contents, teaching methods, evaluation mechanism, which inspired students interest in learning and cultivated students ability to solve complex engineering problems, teamwork ability, in order to meet the current social demand for high-quality technical personnel.
