摘  要:为测定卷烟滤棒中苯及苯系物的含量,建立了一种基于离子液体为基质校正剂的静态顶空-气相色谱质谱(SHSGC/MS)选择离子定量的测定方法。通过考察不同基质校正剂、用量、顶空平衡温度和时间的影响,最终确定使用1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐为顶空基质校正剂,用量1 mL,顶空平衡温度为120℃,时间为20 min。方法采用HP-INNOWAX柱分离和质谱检测,外标法定量。该方法的线性范围为0. 01~2μg/m L,相关系数为r=0. 9988~0. 9998,定量限为0. 018~0. 035μg/g,加标回收率在88. 0%~105. 9%之间,RSD<4. 81%。该方法具有简单快速、灵敏度高等特点,适用于卷烟材料滤棒的检测。A static headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry( SHS-GC/MS) method based on ionic liquids under selected ion monitoring mode was developed to determine the content of benzene compounds in cigarette filter rods.By investigating the effects of different matrix correctors,dosage,headspace equilibrium temperature and time,it was finally determined that 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate was used as headspace matrix corrector with a dosage of 1 m L,the headspace equilibrium temperature was 120 ℃ and time was 20 min. The HP-INNOWAX column separation was used,and it was determined by MS and quantified by external standard method. The linear range of this method was 0. 01 ~ 2 μg/m L,the correlation coefficient was 0. 9988 ~ 0. 9998,the limits of quantification( LOQs) were 0. 018 ~ 0. 035 μg/g,the recoveries were 88. 0%~ 105. 9%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was less than 4. 84%. This method is accurate,rapid and sensitive,and can be used for analyzing cigarette filter rods.
