摘　　要：我国成人教育学科面对社会快速发展及其需要的不断提升,亟须克服面临的学科特色逐渐式微、功利化倾向和转型适应迟缓等“困境”。从坚守“成人性”的学科本质、紧握世界成人教育发展脉搏和立足我国社会发展需要等维度来辨析,试图为我国成人教育学科可持续发展寻求动力“给养”,赢得时代发展机遇。The discipline of adult education is facing the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of its needs in China. It is urgent to overcome such difficulties as the gradual decline of discipline characteristics,the utilitarian tendency and the slow adaptation to transformation. From the perspectives of adhering to the " adult" nature of the discipline,grasping the development pulse of adult education in the world and being based on the needs of social development of China,we try to find the motive force for the development of adult education and provide opportunities for the development of the era.
